Paramore

Paramore adalah sebuah band rock Amerika dari Franklin, Tennessee, yang dibentuk pada tahun 2004. Band ini terdiri dari vokalis Hayley Williams, bassist Jeremy Davis, dan gitaris Taylor York. Kelompok ini merilis album debutnya All We Know Is Falling pada tahun 2005, dan Riot album kedua! pada tahun 2007, yang disertifikasi Platinum di Amerika Serikat dan Emas di Australia, Kanada, Selandia Baru, dan Inggris. Brand New Eyes, album ketiga Paramore, dirilis pada tahun 2009 dan Chart tertinggi album band hingga saat ini.

Paramore, konon nama band ini terinspirasi dari nama ibu dari basist mereka yang lama. selain dari nama ibu dari bassit yg lama, nama paramore juga terdengar sama dengan kata "paramour" (secret lover).
Formasi Awal Band ini terdiri dari Hayley Williams, Josh Farro, zac Farro, Jeremy Davis, dan Taylor York. Namun pada Tahun 2010, Farro bersaudara memutuskan untuk Hengkang dari band ini dan membentuk band baru. Band baru yang digawangi Josh Farro bernama Novel American sedangkan Zac Farro bernama Half Noise.

Meski telah ditinggal oleh Farro bersaudara, Paramore tetap exist di dunia musik. Terbukti dengan keluarnya single terbaru mereka berjudul Monster yang baru rilis tanggal 3 Juni 2011 yang sekaligus merupakan soundtrack dari Transformers 3 : Dark of The Moon. Sebelumnya, Paramore juga sudah pernah mengisi soundtrack film Twilight dg judul Decode.

Pada Bulan Agustus 2011, Paramore akan mengadakan konser di Indonesia. Tanggal 17 Agustus di Garuda Wisnu Kencana, Bali. Tanggal 19 Agustus di Jakarta.
